SHIPPING POLICY

Bully Crew tries to find the best rates from the 3 major mailers (UPS, FedEx and USPS).

We do not ship outside the United States.

Customers outside the continental U.S. in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and American Samoa may experience longer shipping times. Deliveries to U.S. territories will be completed by USPS. APO/FPO active military customers will have their orders delivered by USPS. Please allow additional shipping time for active military orders. 

Shipping times may vary after processing due to recipient location, but usually ranges from two to five business days. The given shipping timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, backorders, or general postal service performance issues. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

Our general policy is as follows:

  • Orders received before 1:00pm ET will be brought to the post office SAME business day
  • Orders received after 1:00pm ET will be brought to the post office NEXT business day

UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. UPS delivers on business days only and does not provide service on holidays or weekends.

RETURN POLICY

Our mission has always been to help both people and their pets with their health and wellness. We have complete confidence in our product and stand by it 100%. If after 2 weeks of recommended use you are not fully satisfied, then simply return the bottle for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

To receive a refund on our CBD Oil, you must return at least 1/2 a bottle and you must request the refund within 21 days of receiving the product.

Our return policy applies to your first purchase only. 

Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund.
